About Verity

Hi, I'm Verity, founder of Veritas Movement. I'm from England and moved to Australia last year, and I've been teaching outdoor yoga on the Gold Coast ever since.

I grew up in gymnastics and trampolining, so I've always loved staying active and understanding how my body moves. I have a master's in physiotherapy and completed my yoga teacher training in Thailand in 2025.

My classes are slow, guided and completely beginner friendly. I keep the poses simple so you can focus on linking your breath with your movement rather than getting every shape right. For me, yoga is mainly a practice for the mind, and connecting breath and movement is a wonderful way to understand what's happening inside you.
